A U.S.
501(c)(3) organization must maintain full discretion and control over all
donated funds in accordance with IRS requirements. Contributions made to the
organization become the legal property of the charity and are subject to the
authority and oversight of its Board of Directors and authorized leadership.
Greater
Reach, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to honor donor designations
consistent with approved ministry purposes and organizational priorities.
However, should circumstances arise in which Greater Reach, Inc. determines
that designated funds must be redirected, reallocated, or otherwise used in a
manner different from the donor’s stated preference to comply with legal,
fiduciary, or ministry requirements, donors will be notified of such action by
Greater Reach, Inc.
